FOOD GRADE SEA SALT
Food Grade Fine Granulated Sea Salt
Harvested from the pristine waters of the Pacific Ocean, Baja Pacific is a high purity food grade sea salt crystals. This salt is obtained through a natural environmental friendly and patented process called Salting-Out in which two densities of ocean water brines are mixed and centrifuged. The crystallization process is done without additives and chemical-free.
Applications
Intended for a variety of food processing and culinary applications, including cooking, baking, soups, beverages, cheese manufacturing, meat processing, seasoning, prepared mixes, direct application and food manufacturing. Non-food applications include acting as a carrier, chemical and bulking agent in many household and personal care products. Contiains Yellow Prussiate of Soda
